The Co-op is registered under the NSW Co-operatives Act 1992 (the Act). This means:
- Profits are returned to members through discounts and services; and
- Every active member of the Co-op is a shareholder and is eligible to vote at general meetings and, subject to the Act and the rules of the Co-op, stand for election to the Board.
