Australian university campus exposure through alliance with ACUMA Incorporated

Form an alliance with ACUMA and engage with higher education students in Australia

By forging an alliance between your organisation and ACUMA Incorporated, you gain exposure for your products, business or services to:

  • 1 million enrolled higher educaiton students in the university and TAFE sectors
  • 100,000 university campus and service organisation staff
  • 1.5 million community users of services and facilities on university campuses

ACUMA’s membership covers:

  • 80% of Universities Australia member organisations, equating to 38 Universities across Australia and New Zealand

ACUMA's membership provides services and facilities for the use of:

  • 89% of all Australian university students, staff and community users of facilities and services on University campuses

ACUMA member organisations manage:

  • an annual combined expenditure in excess of Au$50 billion, composed of
    • 1 million tertiary education students and staff with combined annual expenditure in excess of $20 billion
    • 1.5 million community users of campus services and facilities with combined annual expenditure in excess of $30 billion
  • an annual combined operations turnover and investment income of $300 million

ACUMA's primary activities, with relevance to commercial sponsorship, partnership and aliance, are outlined briefly below. These constitute the focus areas for ACUMA's sponsorship development, and preference will be given to organisations or companies who have a clear role, and benefit to both students and the ACUMA membership, in these areas:

  1. Developing methods to engage higher education students in:
    1. Intellectual;
    2. Social;
    3. Cultural;
    4. Health; and
    5. Sporting activities.
  2. Developing methods to provide higher education students with contact with:
    1. the community
    2. commerce and industry

ACUMA members’ campus-based services and facilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Student orientation activities and events;
  • Student retention activities; and
  • Student engagement events
  • Commercial operations on higher education campuses - for example
    • food & beverage outlets
    • retail outlets and
    • agency outlets
