Ministerial review of the operation of the guidelines
51. It is recommended that two years or so after commencement of the proposed amendments to the Act the Government conduct a public review to determine the effectiveness of the Benchmarks, Protocols and Guidelines.
52. The two-year in review of the Benchmarks, Protocols and Guidelines should be done in the context of an overall review of the operation of the new provisions in the Act relating to student services and amenities fees.
